Mitchells & Butlers PLC’s Honey Pot - Harvester is looking for an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in daily operations. You will lead a team, train staff, and deliver exceptional guest experiences, serving as a role model and mentor to your team.

You will help drive service standards, manage shifts and ensure the restaurant runs smoothly, while promoting a welcoming atmosphere and strong guest satisfaction. Join us and grow with a nation-wide family-friendly brand.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality management or supervisory role preferred.
• Strong people leadership and communication skills.
• Able to train, develop and mentor staff.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in daily operations and be on duty when needed.
• Lead, coach and develop team to deliver guest-focused service.
• Ensure consistent standards in food, drink and ambience.
• Foster a welcoming environment and WOW moments for guests.
