Job summary

Compass Group UK&I is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager for a major High Street brand. The role is full-time (35 hours per week) with shifts 5 out of 7 days, focusing on exceptional food and world-class customer service in a busy catering environment.

You’ll oversee kitchen and service operations, motivate teams, manage inventories and budgets, and help deliver outstanding guest experiences while supporting and training staff and upholding the Compass brand.

We're recruiting an experienced Assistant Manager who is passionate about exceptional food and world-class customer service, and who can confidently oversee all Compass Group UK&I catering and service operations for a major High Street brand on a full time basis, contracted to 35 hours per week.

As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring our kitchens and service counters run smoothly and helping to deliver truly incredible food experiences. Your Key Responsibilities Will Include
