KennedyPearce Consulting Ltd is seeking an Assistant Management Accountant for a media/entertainment business in London. The role is for a part-qualified accountant and will involve 4 days in the office, supporting the Senior Management Accountant with accurate management accounts and financial reporting.

Ideal candidates will have around two years of industry finance experience, strong organisational and communication skills, and a genuine interest in music/media.

Qualifikationen

• Part-qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA.
• Around 2 years' relevant industry finance experience.
• Experience with outsourced/offshore finance functions desirable.
• Genuine interest in music/media; media experience preferred.
• Excellent organisation and communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Month-end accounting, including accruals, prepayments, journals, reconciliations and variance analysis.
• Monthly HFM submissions and management pack preparation.
• Support statutory accounts and filings
• Assist with group and external/internal audits.
• Ad hoc tax and treasury work.
• Reporting and analysis for labels and wider business stakeholders, including artist-related costs and overheads.
• Work closely with the offshore accounting/shared services team.
• Support financial controls and ongoing process improvements.
