H/Advisors is seeking an Assistant / Management Accountant to support the financial performance of the agency. You will work with the Finance Director on month-end close, budgeting, forecasting, revenue management and financial controls across the business.

The successful candidate will prepare journals, reconciliations and variance analysis, while communicating with non-finance stakeholders and driving process improvements.

Formación

• Part-qualified ACCA or CIMA with progressing studies.
• 3+ years’ experience in finance or accounting.
• Experience supporting month-end and management accounts preparation.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to handle financial data.
• Analytical, organized and detail-oriented with good communication.
• Experience with finance reporting systems.

Responsabilidades

• Support monthly management accounts and financial reporting.
• Prepare journals, accruals, prepayments and reconciliations.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
• Support client billing, revenue reporting and WIP management.
• Monitor cash flow and assist with credit control.
• Provide financial analysis to support decision-making.
• Support year-end audit activities and statutory reporting.
• Contribute to internal group reporting requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, controls and reporting.
