Job summary

Marks Sattin is partnering with a dynamic and fast-growing retail and fashion brand in Central London to recruit a Studying Management Accountant. This role is ideal for a part-qualified accountant with around 2 years of experience who wants to develop within a creative, fast-paced industry.

Working closely with senior finance stakeholders, you will deliver accurate financial reporting, support commercial decision-making, and drive performance across the business.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in a finance role, part-qualified (ACCA/CIMA/ACA).
• Experience with retail, fashion or consumer sectors preferred.
• Proactive, driven and keen to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts with variance analysis.
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Assist with financial reporting and month-end close.
• Partner with non-finance teams to provide financial insight.
• Monitor stock, margins and cost performance across channels.
• Support process improvements and system enhancements.
• Assist with audit requirements and statutory reporting.

This is an excellent opportunity for a part-qualified accountant with around 2 years' experience who is looking to develop within a creative, fast-paced industry. Working closely with senior finance stakeholders, you will play a key role in delivering accurate financial reporting, supporting commercial decision-making, and driving performance across the business.

About You

You will be part-qualified (ACCA, CIMA, or ACA) and actively progressing with your studies. Having approximately two years of experience in a finance role, ideally within the retail, fashion, or wider consumer sectors.
