Qualifications

• Experience in a finance or accounting environment.
• Understanding of double-entry bookkeeping.
• Experience performing reconciliations and maintaining accurate financial records.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team.
• Strong communication skills and proactive problem-solving.
• Competent Microsoft Excel skills with financial data.

Responsibilities

• Assist with balance sheet reconciliations and month-end reporting.
• Process journals, accruals, prepayments, and adjustments as required.
• Support general ledger maintenance and transaction processing.
• Assist with management reporting and ad hoc analysis.
• Support supplier statements, purchase ledger records, and intercompany items.
• Perform bank reconciliations and cashbook entries across accounts.
• Contribute to finance systems and reporting tool improvements.
