Job summary

Prince Personnel is helping a well-established client in Telford recruit an Assistant Management Accountant on a permanent basis. The role reports to the Finance Director and covers month-end reporting, cost analysis, payroll, and supplier payments.

• Supporting month-end and quarter-end financial reporting
• Monitoring costs and analysing budget variances
• Identifying and escalating financial concerns to the Finance Director
• Liaising with auditors, professional advisers and banking contacts
• Ensuring monthly payroll is processed accurately and on time
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the business
• Preparing and presenting financial performance information
• Managing supplier payment runs in line with internal controls
• Promoting compliance with financial controls and procedures
• Supporting the development of colleagues within the Finance team
