We're looking for an Assistant Management Accountant to join our Finance team at the Support Centre in Lincoln, helping to deliver accurate financial information and maintain the strong controls that support our diverse family of businesses.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with finance experience who enjoys working with detail, solving problems and building a broad understanding of how a large and varied organisation operates.
One day you could be supporting month-end activities and preparing reconciliations. The next, you might be investigating variances, resolving queries with colleagues or helping improve a financial process.
You'll work closely with colleagues across Finance and the wider Society, ensuring financial information is accurate, reliable and delivered to the people who need it.
Alongside the day-to-day responsibilities, you'll have opportunities to develop your accounting knowledge, contribute ideas for improvement and build experience across a wide range of financial activities.
