We offer clients a comprehensive experience, including insurance and secure storage, to facilitate private cask whiskey ownership.

We are currently seeking an Assistant Management Accountant to join our global finance team.

What You Will Do

• Assist with preparing journal entries, accruals, and prepayments for accurate financial reporting.
• Contribute to budgets and forecasts by analyzing data and variances, providing insights.
• Support the production of monthly management accounts and performance reports.
• Perform cost tracking and variance analysis to aid decision-making.
• Maintain the general ledger, including bank and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Process accounts receivable and payable invoices, manage cash collections.
• Manage Commercial Sales trackers in line with our CRM system.
• Maintain records for products, vendors, and customers.

Who You Are

• Part-qualified or studying towards ACCA/CIMA or equivalent.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Excel; comfortable working with large datasets.
• Excellent communication skills and collaborative mindset.
• Organized, proactive, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems (preferred).

This role is hybrid, requiring 3 days/week in our Richmond office.
