Job description

Assistant Management Accountant required for an excellent business located in Warwickshire.
Location: Wellesbourne, Warwickshire (hybrid after training)
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Up to GBP35,000 per annum + Benefits

The successful candidate will be a key part of a small finance team, providing crucial support to the wider business and playing an active role in month-end processes, invoice handling, reconciliations, and internal reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Processing sales and purchase invoices
  2. Posting and reconciling bank statements, including foreign currency accounts
  3. Assisting with month-end processes such as accruals, prepayments, and reconciliations
  4. Processing employee expenses and credit card transactions
  5. Supporting unique finance-related services for a global client (full training provided)
  6. Carrying out general administrative tasks including booking travel, ordering supplies, and maintaining records
  7. Supporting with ad-hoc duties and wider business needs as required
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  1. Previous experience in a finance or accounts-based role
  2. MUST have Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and confident using Word, Outlook, and Teams
  3. High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality
  4. Excellent communication and time management skills
  5. Flexible, proactive, and a strong team player
  6. AAT qualified or part-qualified is desirable but not essential

Hybrid working model available after training (3 days office-based)
