Job summary

Blusource Professional Services Ltd is seeking an Assistant Management Accountant in Derbyshire. The role offers ownership of the finances for multiple entities within a growing SME, with a hands-on finance team and flexible working options. Salary is £30,000 - £40,000 DOE.

Key duties include monthly management accounts, journals, reconciliations, and financial analysis to drive improvements across the business.

Qualifications

• Previous Assistant Management Accountant or similar experience.
• AAT qualified or qualified by experience.
• Experience producing management accounts.
• A proactive, organised and hands-on approach.
• Comfortable working within a busy SME environment.

• Complete balance sheet reconciliations.
