Job summary

Genuit Group is recruiting an Assistant Management Accountant for its Polypipe Aylesford site. The role emphasizes accurate financial reporting, manufacturing cost analysis and KPI insights to support operational decisions.

You will handle intercompany pricing, month-end close, stock counts and variance analysis, and work with ERP systems. Hybrid working 3 days in the office, 2 from home, with benefits including pension and health initiatives.

Qualifications

• Part-qualified ACCA or CIMA (study support can be provided)
• Commercial and/or industry experience
• Good understanding and experience of ERP systems (SAGE is desirable but not essential)
• Good Microsoft Excel skills

Responsibilities

• Calculate and maintain monthly intercompany pricing and perform period-end close activities
• Prepare GRNI balance sheet reconciliations for Finance Manager review
• Produce and deliver accurate daily/weekly/monthly financial and operational reports
• Analyse manufacturing costs, labour costs, overhead absorption and production variances
• Support inventory valuation, stock counts and variance investigations
• Provide ad hoc financial analysis and support finance projects as required
