Polypipe Building Services is recruiting a Technical Sales Manager for Midlands/Central with a remote UK role. The role focuses on selling the full PBS product range, engaging M&E contractors, engineers and authorities on commercial projects while traveling as needed.

You will drive cradle-to-grave sales and maintain strong client relationships. You will be supported by the broader sales team, have access to CRM reporting, and benefit from a competitive package including a bonus and company car.

Qualifications

• Excellent knowledge of the M&E marketplace and proven track record on large scale commercial projects.
• Ability to become a technical specialist in PBS products and services.
• Understanding of project stages and commercial construction decision making.

Responsibilities

• Deliver conversion on a cradle-to-grave approach in collaboration with the sales team.
• Liaise with key stakeholders on new projects and document progress in the CRM.
• Provide first-line technical dialogue and information to your customer base.
• Represent and support the business at events and brand awareness activities.
• Own delivery and supply of projects by supporting operations.

Polypipe Building Services houses well-known industry brand Terrain and has been delivering systems to commercial, high rise residential, healthcare, education and leisure projects for over 50 years.**Role Overview**This role will be project focussed, to sell the entire range of products which Polypipe Building Services offer into the commercial market.The product ranges include above ground drainage, water supply systems, advantage fabrication systems and all associated building services products/services.**Area:**Midlands/Central England**We are happy to discuss this role with candidates who do not come directly from a sales background and are looking to get into sales.
