Working in the Void department to assist in retrofitting existing council stock.

Providing support for all aspects of construction work and delivering materials to sites as necessary. Working alongside bricklayers and carpenters.

Previous experience is necessary, and a driving license is essential.

Other roles include cleaning of Void properties as needed. Good timekeeping skills are required, along with being a good team player in a busy department.

The candidate needs to be able to work in a team to accomplish jobs and able to complete tasks independently.
