Access talent has recently partnered with a SME following the company's recent project wins across the UK. This multidisciplinary practice has ambitious growth plans with offices in the Greater Southampton area, London, and Bristol, with plans for further expansion due to consistent winnings of projects.

This role is very hands-on; you are required to have experience in the production of technical drawings, with this practice primarily focused on residential projects. It is essential that this experience is within the residential sector. You will also have experience in team management, from managing workloads to monitoring deadlines.

Experience:

• 8+ Years UK technical experience
• Right to work in the UK
• Proficient in AutoCAD
• Full UK driving licence
• Management and business development experience
