Job summary

Crowne Plaza Stratford-Upon-Avon is seeking a maintenance professional to help keep all hotel facilities, from bedrooms to bars, restaurants, leisure areas and conference rooms, in peak condition. You will ensure high maintenance standards and contribute to an outstanding guest experience.

You will support the Maintenance Manager and collaborate with senior hotel management on planned projects, with flexible shifts across 7 days a week to fit 365 days of operation.

• Lead a team to ensure the highest maintenance standards are reached and prioritise tasks to ensure guests have the best experience during their visit, from hotel bedrooms, the bar and restaurant or leisure facilities / conference rooms.
• Support the Maintenance Manager and work closely with senior hotel management teams to assist in planned project work as we create an exceptional hotel environment.
• We are open 7 days a week 365 days a year and need maintenance coverage that matches this. Our maintenance team work a range of shifts and days - this means great flexibility if required.

£32,000 per annum/ £15.38 per hour, 40 hours per week over any 5 days

We are open 7 days a week 365 days a year and need maintenance coverage that matches this. Our maintenance team work a range of shifts and days - this means great flexibility if required. Shift patterns and contracted hours can all be discussed at interview.
