Job summary

Crowne Plaza Stratford-Upon-Avon is seeking a proactive Maintenance Lead to oversee the hotel’s maintenance across bedrooms, bar, restaurant, leisure facilities and conference rooms. You will support the Maintenance Manager, lead a shift-patterned team, prioritise tasks and ensure high standards for guest experience.

£32,000 per annum / £15.38 per hour, 40 hours per week over any 5 days

You’ll support the Maintenance manager and work closely with senior hotel management teams to assist in planned project work as we create an exceptional hotel environment.

We are open 7 days a week 365 days a year and need maintenance coverage that matches this. Our maintenance team work a range of shifts and days - this means great flexibility if required. Shift patterns and contracted hours can all be discussed at interview.
