Job summary

Valor Hospitality is seeking a maintenance supervisor to lead a hotel maintenance team across bedrooms, bars, restaurants, and leisure facilities. The role focuses on delivering top maintenance standards and prioritising tasks to optimise guest experience, while supporting the Maintenance Manager.

You will coordinate planned projects and work closely with senior hotel management, offering flexible shift coverage across seven days a week.

Can you lead a team to ensure the highest maintenance standards are reached and be able to prioritise tasks to ensure our guests get the best experience during their visit, from hotel bedrooms, the bar and restaurant or leisure facilities / conference rooms?

You’ll support the Maintenance manager and work closely with senior hotel management teams to assist in planned project work as we create an exceptional hotel environment.

We are open 7 days a week 365 days a year and need maintenance coverage that matches this. Our maintenance team work a range of shifts and days - this means great flexibility if required. Shift patterns and contracted hours can all be discussed at interview.
