Worth Recruiting - Property Industry Recruitment is seeking an experienced Assistant Lettings Manager to join a busy residential lettings office in Cheam. You will generate new business, win instructions and support day-to-day lettings operations under the Lettings Manager.

This permanent, full‑time role offers a clear pathway to Lettings Manager, ongoing training and a supportive team within a well‑established independent agency with a strong local presence.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Residential Lettings Agency.
• Proven track record in valuations and winning instructions.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Excellent customer service standards.
• Confident telephone manner.
• Well presented and self-motivated.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills.
• Full UK Driving Licence (own car preferred).
• Knowledge of the Mitcham area advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assisting in the day-to-day management of the lettings office.
• Generating new business opportunities and increasing market share.
• Carrying out rental valuations and winning new instructions.
• Listing and marketing residential rental properties.
• Negotiating offers and progressing lets through to completion.
