Salary: £31,260 (plus London weighting)

London weighting: £4,000 per annum (if London based)

These roles operate on a hybrid working arrangement that will require 3 days per week travel into Tower Hill or other London campuses. Travel each week will fluctuate based on business needs. The primary location for this role is Stratford Campus.

Our working model arrangements are a non-contractual benefit, and Arden work location is added to employment contracts.

Travel will be required to:

  • London area (Tower Hill, Holborn & Ealing)

About our Department:

The School of Health and Care Management provides students with a dynamic, forward-thinking education focused on managing health and care services and teams. Courses are accredited by the Chartered Management Institute (CMI), equipping students with relevant knowledge and essential management and leadership skills valued in today’s healthcare landscape.

About You:

The Assistant Lecturer will support teaching and learning activities, contribute to delivering high-quality education, support lectures, seminars, workshops, assessments, and provide academic guidance to students.

To succeed, you should have:

  • MSc or equivalent qualification in a health or care-related field
  • Experience in Healthcare/Public Health/Health leadership or similar areas

Desirable:

  • Experience in health and/or care leadership within large organizations
  • Experience managing healthcare teams, budgets, projects, and delivery

We seek an Assistant Lecturer with effective teaching, learning, and assessment practices in Higher Education, capable of bringing knowledge and understanding to grow Arden’s programmes and ensure excellent student outcomes.
