Salary: £31,260 (plus London weighting)

London weighting: £4,000 per annum (if London based)

These roles operate on a hybrid working arrangement requiring 3 days per week travel into Tower Hill Campus or London Campuses. Travel will fluctuate based on business needs. The primary location is Stratford Campus.

Our working model arrangements are a non-contractual benefit, and an Arden work location will be added to employment contracts.

Travel will be required to:

  • London area (Tower Hill, Holborn & Ealing)

About our Department:

The School of Health and Care Management offers dynamic education focused on managing health and care services and teams. Courses are accredited by the Chartered Management Institute (CMI), providing students with relevant knowledge and essential management and leadership skills valued in healthcare.

About You:

The Assistant Lecturer will support teaching activities, including lectures, seminars, workshops, assessments, and student guidance.

To succeed, you should have:

  • MSc or equivalent in a health or care-related field
  • Experience in Healthcare/Public Health/Health leadership or similar areas

Desirable:

  • Experience in health/care leadership in large organizations
  • Experience managing healthcare teams, budgets, projects, and delivery
