Salary: £31,260 (plus London weighting)

London weighting: £4,000 per annum (if London based)

These roles operate on a hybrid working arrangement that will require 3 days per week travel into Tower Hill Campus or London Campuses. Travel each week will fluctuate in line with business requirements. The primary location for this role will be Stratford Campus.

Our working model arrangements are a non-contractual benefit so please note that an Arden work location is added to our employment contracts.

Travel will be required into the following locations:

  • London area (Tower Hill, Holborn & Ealing)

The School of Health and Care Management provides our students with a dynamic, forward-thinking education focused on effectively managing health and care services and teams. About You:

The Assistant Lecturer will support the teaching and learning activities of the department, contributing to the delivery of high-quality education. The role includes supporting lectures, seminars, workshops, assessment, and providing academic guidance to students.

To be successful as a Assistant Lecturer in Health and Care Management to teach and support you will have:-

  • MSc or equivalent qualification in a Health or Care related field.
  • Experience in Healthcare/Public Health/Health leadership and/or similar areas.

Desirable Criteria

  • Experience of health and/or care leadership in a large organisation.
  • Experience of managing healthcare teams, budgets, projects and delivery.

We are looking for an Assistant Lecturer with experience in current and effective teaching, learning and assessment practices in Higher Education, who will be able to bring their knowledge and understanding to Arden to grow our programmes and provide excellent student outcomes
