Job summary

Outwood Grange Academy in Wakefield is seeking an Assistant Learning Manager to support student achievement across learning platforms. The role focuses on student learning, behaviour and pastoral well-being to maximise attainment.

You will work with Learning Managers and the Senior Leadership Team to deliver interventions, monitor progress, and act as a main contact for parents and safeguarding matters. This is a temporary post until 31 August 2027.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting student learning and pastoral care.
• Ability to deliver targeted interventions.
• Strong safeguarding and attendance initiatives experience.
