The Role
Reporting to the IT Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless delivery and optimisation of IT infrastructure, systems, and services across multiple hotel sites. This role is critical to supporting both business operations and enhancing guest satisfaction through innovative technology.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee day-to-day ICT operations across hotel sites
* Lead and support IT strategies for multi-property coordination
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly and effectively
* Manage network infrastructure and security protocols
* Track IT assets and contribute to budgeting and planning
* Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal policies
The ideal candidate:
* 3-5 years' IT operations experience, including 2+ years in a similar hospitality-focused role
* Certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or CISSP (preferred)
* Familiarity with PMS, POS, and guest-facing tech platforms
* Strong grasp of network architecture, cloud services, and security standards
* Ability to train non-technical staff on key systems and tools
* Hands-on experience with AV, telecommunications, and Wi-Fi infrastructure in hotel settings
