Job summary

Rhenus Logistics in Manchester is seeking an experienced Installation/Project Coordinator to lead site-based installations, manage dates, resources and client requirements, and drive efficient project delivery. You will work with Senior Project Coordinators to keep the internal work planner up to date, run site surveys, coordinate crews and suppliers, and maintain cost controls and traceability.

A proactive, flexible candidate will fit into a fast-moving team.

Qualifications

• Experience managing installation projects and costs.
• Able to attend site surveys and meetings with clients.
• Knowledge of RAMS and health & safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage allocated customer projects, ensuring dates, resources, and requirements are identified.
• Work with Senior Project Coordinators to keep the internal work planner updated.
• Attend Site Surveys and Project Meetings and support IM.
• Accurately manage and provide cost controls throughout all projects with crews and suppliers.
• Deal with installation issues and escalate to Installation Manager with full traceability.
• Review deliveries and installations prior to scheduling; ensure staffing and equipment are in place.
• Liaise with Installation Management to cover workload efficiently.
• Provide support and team briefings with Team Leaders running installation.
• Audit installations, report issues, raise non-conformances, and implement corrective actions.
• Identify opportunities for additional or adhoc services Rhenus High Tech can provide.
