Job summary

GGT Insolvency Recruitment in the East Midlands is seeking an experienced Assistant Insolvency Manager or Insolvency Case Manager to join a friendly, independent practice. The role focuses on corporate and personal insolvency cases from start to finish.

You will manage cases, coordinate with Directors and Officers, perform investigations, and support junior staff within a collaborative team environment. An excellent salary and study support are on offer.

Qualifications

• Have at least 2-3 yrs experience of working within Corporate Insolvency.
• CPI would be advantageous but not essential.
• The ability to work with clients and build a good relationship.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own casework and projects to strict timelines from inception to closure
• Undertake both pre & post appointment duties
• Ensure cases are fully compliant
• Liaise with multiple external and internal teams including client Directors and Company Officers
• Investigation duties
• Supporting the Insolvency manager, Insolvency Practitioners / Directors and accepting delegated departmental responsibilities
• Manage and support junior members of staff

The Insolvency Assistant Manager Senior Administrator will report directly into the IP's/Directors, be responsible for the management of a varied caseload of Corporate and Personal insolvency cases from onset to closure. You will be part of a supportive and inclusive, close-knit team, where your ideas and contributions are valued.

You will

• Our client is offering an excellent salary package of £40 -45k PA plus benefits
