Job summary

GALLO is seeking an Assistant Innovation Manager to drive growth across the EMEA region. You will help create and develop new brands in wine and spirits, focusing on European markets including the UK, with a strong emphasis on data-driven consumer insights.

The role is hybrid, based in the Uxbridge office, with three days in the office and two at home. You will collaborate with stakeholders to launch products across markets and influence strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years in brand marketing, trade marketing, new product/brand innovation or insights.
• Experience building a new brand from scratch including liquid, packaging and communications.
• Experience in alcoholic drinks industry or FMCG.
• Skilled at drawing insights from consumer research data and trend information.
• Managed complex projects with cross-functional partners.
• Ability to influence all levels of management.
• Successfully launched products across multiple markets or channels.

Responsibilities

• Support the creation and development of new brands within wine and alcoholic drinks.
• Translate consumer insights into brand concepts, packaging and communications.
• Work with cross-functional teams to drive go-to-market strategies.
• Present concepts to internal stakeholders, sales teams and external customers to gain buy-in and listings.
