Job summary

Ashley Kate HR Limited is partnering with our national client in Milton Keynes to recruit a Human Resources Assistant Manager on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role is hybrid with travel to other sites in the region 2-3 times per week.

You will provide expert HR support on a wide range of people matters, drive regional people plans and lead People Experience projects. The ideal candidate will have experience at HR Advisor, HR Business Partner or HR Manager level, strong employee relations

Qualifications

• Experience in HR advisory, business partner or manager level HR roles.
• Strong employee relations knowledge and case management experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Confidence working with senior leaders and influencing decisions.
• Experience delivering HR projects and people initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret people data and trends.
• Passion for creating positive employee experiences and continuous improvement.
• Experience in people management.

Ashley Kate HR & Finance are supporting our growing, national client to recruit a Human Resources Assistant Manager to join them to cover maternity leave on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role is hybrid with expectation to travel 2-3 times weekly to other sites within the region.
The role
Will work closely with managers, directors and partners across multiple sites in the region. You'll provide expert HR support and guidance on a wide range of people matters while driving key people initiatives and projects.
