Job summary

Ashley Kate HR & Finance are supporting a national client to recruit a Human Resources Assistant Manager on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role is hybrid with travel to other sites 2-3 times per week within the region.

You'll work closely with managers, directors and partners across multiple sites, providing expert HR support, leading regional people initiatives and driving continuous improvement projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR Advisor/Manager level roles.
• Strong employee relations knowledge and case management.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Confidence working with senior leaders and influencing decision-making.
• Experience supporting HR projects and people initiatives.

Ashley Kate HR & Finance are supporting our growing, national client to recruit a Human Resources Assistant Manager to join them to cover maternity leave on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role is hybrid with expectation to travel 2-3 times weekly to other sites within the region.

The role

Will work closely with managers, directors and partners across multiple sites in the region. You'll provide expert HR support and guidance on a wide range of people matters while driving key people initiatives and projects.

The ideal candidate:

• Previous experience in a HR Advisor, HR Business Partner or HR Manager level role.
• Strong employee relations knowledge and case management experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Confidence working with senior leaders and influencing decision-making.
• Experience supporting and delivering HR projects and people initiatives.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret people data and trends.
