Job summary

ESSENTIAL EMPLOYMENT LTD is seeking a HR professional for a full-time temporary contract within a policing environment. The role focuses on frontline attendance and capability advice, with responsibilities to advise colleagues and managers across all levels.

You will manage a diverse workload, require strong communication and influencing skills, and be able to work autonomously while using sound judgement to interpret policy and make informed decisions.

• Provide frontline attendance and capability advice to colleagues, managers and officers/staff across the organisation.
• Build positive working relationships with internal stakeholders within a policing environment.
• Take ownership of cases, interpret policy and procedures, and escalate appropriately when guidance is needed.

Taking ownership of cases, interpreting policy and procedures, and making informed decisions whilst knowing when to seek further guidance or elevate matters appropriately.

This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis.
