Job summary

DP World is recruiting an Assistant HR Business Partner in Coventry to support delivery of the people strategy across corporate and operational functions. You will work closely with managers to provide professional HR guidance and help foster a high-performing workplace culture.

The role focuses on employee relations, change initiatives, talent planning, and data-driven HR insights to support informed decision-making. Strong stakeholder engagement and Excel skills are required.

Qualifications

• CIPD qualification, or equivalent HR experience.
• Previous experience in an HR Advisor, HR Generalist, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations and UK employment legislation.
• Experience partnering with managers and providing practical people-focused solutions.
• Exposure to organisational change, talent management, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Ability to interpret HR data and provide meaningful insights.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to influence at different levels of the business.
• Experience using HR systems and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
