Our Shireliving Extra Care services provide homes for people over 55 years old, who need safety, security and reassurance with a range of care options available to meet their individual needs.Our vibrant communities within ShireLiving thrive on connection and joy, offering activities tailored to what our residents love most. Based in scenic Shrewsbury, The Coppice is a bright modern vibrant scheme with 85 spacious apartments with a lovely lounge area, restaurant open to public, fabulous guest facilities, garden, hobby room, activities room and parking facilities onsite.Joining our team at The Coppice which is rated ‘’Good’’ by CQC, will mean that you will play a vital role in promoting and enabling inclusivity, individuality and independence.

In this role, you will have a direct hand in making a difference to their life not only from a Care perspective but also from taking care of their Housing needs.As an Assistant Manager, you will lead, mentor, coach a team of Housing and Care Assistants to deliver person centered care to our residents.
