Bexhill College is seeking a dedicated Live-In Assistant Houseparent to support the house parent team, helping create a warm, safe home for international students and promoting their wellbeing and personal growth.

The role requires good housekeeping, a willingness to work with young people, and preparation for safeguarding checks including an enhanced DBS and online verifications.

Our student houses have a family atmosphere and accommodate up to 21 students. Our house parents play a key role in ensuring our international students have a positive experience whilst with us.
We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Live-In Assistant Houseparent. The Assistant Houseparent will play a pivotal role in supporting our house parent team in creating a warm and supportive atmosphere within our student houses. This role involves providing guidance, support and a welcoming home environment to our international students, promoting their overall well-being and personal growth.
The successful candidate will have good house-keeping skills and will enjoy working with young people and supporting them in their studies.
The role provides a total benefit package worth in the region of £30,361 and includes free private accommodation (all year round), all utility bills paid including council tax and energy bill, food whilst on duty whilst the students are in residence, free wifi, 6 weeks paid holiday, local government pension and a monthly allowance.
