Baxterstorey is seeking a Hospitality Assistant to join our team at a leading global investment bank in Central London. You will deliver exceptional workplace dining experiences, uphold safety standards, and contribute to a collaborative, inclusive team culture.

Qualifications

• Level 2 in Food Safety and Hygiene is required.
• Strong customer service focus with a proactive approach.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and complete delivery, collection and presentation of hospitality service within the department.
• Ensure prompt, efficient service and consistently exceed client expectations.
• Collaborate with team members and undertake duties as required in Hospitality.
• Adhere to Health & Safety and Food Safety policies and protocols.
• Report any accidents to Management and follow up as needed.
• Follow rotas/schedules laid down by Management and assist with other requests.
• Demonstrate a One Team attitude and support colleagues and clients.
• Complete training courses on time and contribute to personal development with your mentor.
• Demonstrate WSH values: Passionate, Collaborative and Proud.

• To oversee and complete the delivery, collection and presentation of the hospitality service and offer within the Hospitality department - ensuring time constraints and quality are met to the highest of standards for our clients.
• Ensure clients are given a prompt and efficient service and expectations are consistently exceeded, providing an excellent client service.
• To co-operate with all team members and undertake duties in the Hospitality department as required.
• Ensure all Health & Safety and Food Safety policies, procedures, and protocols are adhered to.
• Ensure due diligence and all accidents are reported to Management.
• Adhere to any rotas/schedules laid down by Management.
• Assist any other reasonable requests from Management.
• Assist in working as One Team, projecting a willing and helpful attitude to colleagues and clients.
• Ensure all training courses are completed at all times, avoiding overdue deadlines and take responsibility for contributing towards your own development with the guidance of your line manager and/or relevant mentor.
