Junior Front of House Manager | Full Time

The Role:

As a Junior Front of House Manager, you will be a developing leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members. You will support coaching and developing your team, owning your shifts to drive performance.

Requirements:

  • Passionate about supporting your team and maintaining high standards
  • Ready to run shifts and plan staffing to ensure coverage
  • Understanding of managing labour and rotas, with a willingness to learn about financial performance
  • Great at recognizing and celebrating performance on shift
