The role requires a Civil Engineering degree or equivalent qualification, alongside strong communication, time management and IT skills.

• Civil Engineering degree or HNC / HND qualification is required.
• Experience contributing to highway design services or projects.
• Good communication, time management and IT skills will help you succeed in this role.
