Spalding Primary Academy invites applications for an Assistant Headteacher (Teaching) to join our Senior Leadership Team. This full-time, permanent post is term-time only, with 32.5 hours per week and starts 1 January 2027.

The role sits on the Leadership Pay Scale L3-L7 and includes five training days beyond term time. The successful candidate will lead with integrity, creativity, and clarity, drive school improvement, and model high-quality teaching.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of excellent classroom practice
• Experience leading teaching and learning
• Experience in curriculum development and school improvement
• Ability to work collaboratively with the Senior Leadership Team

Responsibilities
