Prior’s Court is seeking an exceptional Assistant Headteacher to join our Senior Leadership Team. You will lead strategic areas including attendance, inclusion, assessment, and staff development to ensure the highest quality education for autistic children aged 5-25.

Qualifikationen

• Substantial teaching experience in a SEND or specialist education setting.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in an education setting.
• Experience of working with autistic young people and/or those with complex needs.
• Can use assessment and performance data to drive improvement.
• Competent in using digital tools for planning, reporting, and data analysis.

• Lead the school's Attendance, Inclusion, Assessment and Support Staff Development.
• Contribute to strategic planning and school improvement.
• Ensure readiness for Ofsted inspection and external scrutiny.
• Lead the development of the school's assessment framework.
• Monitor standards and implement improvement actions.
