• Assistant Headteacher role in a specialist SEND school serving pupils aged 2-11.
• Leader with high expectations to improve outcomes for pupils with SEND.
• Experience in school improvement, collaboration with families and external agencies.

Responsibilities

• Promote wellbeing, inclusion and positive relationships across the school.
• Lead designated areas of school improvement using evidence and data.
• Coach and develop staff to ensure high-quality provision for all pupils.
• Oversee safeguarding duties as Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead.
• Contribute to the school's vision and strategic direction.
