Job summary

You will drive improvements in student progress, attainment, and destination outcomes, and develop a robust careers and employability program that prepares students for life beyond school.

You will embed careers education across the curriculum, use data to identify priorities, and raise standards.

• Drive improvements in student progress, attainment, and destination outcomes.
• Develop an outstanding careers and employability program that prepares students for life beyond school.
• Embed meaningful careers education across the curriculum.
• Utilize assessment and performance data to identify priorities and raise standards.
• Support and develop high-quality teaching and learning through coaching, monitoring, and professional development.
• Lead on qualification pathways, examinations, and accreditation opportunities.
• Contribute to school improvement planning and strategic decision-making as a key member of the Senior Leadership Team.
• Build strong partnerships with families, employers, colleges, and external agencies to expand opportunities for students.
