Due to promotion and as part of our continued growth, we now have a fantastic opportunity for an Assistant Headteacher/Head of House to join our school's Senior Leadership Team. This is a secondment post initially for one year, supporting the secondment of the Headteacher across the Trust, with the potential for a permanent position as the school continues to grow.
Job overview:
Purpose:
To assist the Headteacher in establishing and sustaining the Catholic identity of the school, ensuring it is reflected in every aspect of school life. This role provides the context for the proper discharge of all duties and responsibilities. You will work as part of the senior leadership team with the Headteacher and Deputy Heads to run, lead, and manage the school, and deputise for the Headteacher as required.
To secure continuous improvement by creating, maintaining, and developing conditions within which all pupils and teachers can achieve effective learning, ensuring the school's aims are implemented.
