Role Overview

Tiger Primary School is seeking an Assistant Headteacher to join us from September 2025. We seek an energetic and enthusiastic individual who can positively contribute to our school culture. The successful candidate will have a passion for education and will hold the KS1 Phase Lead portfolio.

We are looking for someone who:

• Can foster positive relationships with children, parents, staff, and the community
• Promotes high standards and consistent expectations
• Is strategic and knowledgeable of the school’s key priorities
