Aspris Children's Services seeks a dedicated leader to support students with SEND at Clay Hill School, an independent special school. The role includes strengthening the leadership team and driving inclusive practices, personal development, and safeguarding across the school.

Key duties include leading behaviour and engagement, functioning as Safeguarding Lead, and assisting the SENDCo, with responsibilities across KS2–KS4 and collaboration with staff, families, and external agencies to deliver

Qualifications

• Honours degree in a related subject.
• PGCE or equivalent in primary or secondary education.
• QTSp/Teaching Status required.

Responsabilités

• Behaviour and engagement leadership for pupils with SEND.
• Safeguarding Lead responsibilities.
• Personal development oversight for learners.
• Assistant SENDCo role as needed.
• Work with staff, parents/carers, external agencies, and students.
• Deliver elements of key curriculum areas.
• Lead and develop leadership capacity within the school.
