Overview

Our Assistant Head Teachers are fulfilled by making positive changes in our young people. We celebrate the small wins that add up to make a big difference. You will be working with children and young people with Autistic Spectrum Disorder/Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs. Alongside the Head Teacher, you will set the school’s vision and ensure we have the right people and plans in place so that students leave feeling proud of what they have achieved. You will need to be resilient and dedicated, and the huge small victories you achieve will be a real source of pride.

As an Assistant Head Teacher at Witherslack Group, you’ll receive support from the broader management team and a range of supporting specialists. About the School

Luxborough Court School is a brand-new, purpose-built school registered for 150 pupils aged 5–19 with Autistic Spectrum Disorder. Facilities include a large sports hall, bespoke 6th form suite, therapeutic spaces, extensive outdoor areas, a central courtyard garden, separate playgrounds, and a multi-use games area.

There are good public transport connections with Chigwell Station, not allowed in final and road links near the M11, Junction 4.
