Job summary

The Spires College in Torquay is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Head of English to inspire excellent teaching and ambitious outcomes for every student.

You will be a strong classroom practitioner, committed to a close, collaborative team within the English Department, and able to use a robust pedagogical understanding to deliver the curriculum effectively. The ability to teach film and/or media is essential, as is experience of teaching to A level.
