Job description

We are looking to recruit an Assistant Head Housekeeper to join our core housekeeping team.

What about the job?

You will be responsible, together with the Head Housekeeper and another Assistant, to achieve and maintain the highest level of cleaning standards throughout the hotel. Experience in a luxury property is essential.

Main responsibilities include:

• Contribute to the smooth running of the Housekeeping Department.
• Adhere to, promote, and train staff on department service standards.
• Pay particular attention to VIP guests and VIP supplies.
• Supervise team members to ensure responsibilities are understood and duties are performed to high standards.
• Greet guests warmly and courteously, providing professional service.
• Coordinate individual and group arrivals and departures.
• Conduct daily inspections of assigned rooms and document findings.
• Check the status of all rooms (e.g., out of order, VIP) and communicate with relevant personnel daily.
