About The Hoxton, Shoreditch

The Hoxton, Shoreditch – our first hotel – is located in a former car park and has become a vibrant part of the East London scene. With 210 bedrooms, the Apartment, and two in-house restaurants – Hoxton Grill and Llama Inn – we offer a unique hospitality experience in one of London's most exciting areas.

What you’ll do…

1. Work alongside our Head Housekeeper to ensure guest rooms are spotless and inviting, encouraging repeat visits.
2. Lead and motivate the housekeeping team by example, fostering an environment where team members feel supported, empowered, and authentic.
3. Maintain high standards for bedrooms and public areas through SOPs, relevant training, and regular inspections.
4. Contribute to the development of team members to help them reach their full potential, growing together as part of the Hoxton family.
5. Collaborate with other departments (Front Office, Maintenance, F&B) to create memorable guest experiences in a beautiful space.
6. Participate in managing our external housekeeping partnerships.

What we're looking for...

• Previous experience in housekeeping at a supervisory or leadership level, or readiness to step into such a role.
• Knowledge of property management systems like Opera or Knowcross is a plus.
• Exceptional attention to detail, with an ability to spot standards slipping.
• A genuine individual who values authenticity and individuality.
• A passion for hospitality, whether through food, drinks, events, or accommodation.
• A desire to leave a positive, memorable impact on guests and colleagues.
