Zizzi is seeking an Assistant Head Chef in Greater Manchester to lead a bustling kitchen, partnering with the Head Chef to ensure top-quality meals for dine-in and delivery. You will coach junior chefs, manage prep, stock, and labour, and uphold safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the kitchen and run the pass in the Head Chef's absence to keep service fast and flawless.
• Deliver consistent, high-quality food for dine-in and delivery orders.
• Help manage stock, labour, prepping, and cost controls to hit performance metrics.
• Coach and develop junior chefs to build confidence and team spirit.
• Uphold safety, cleanliness, and compliance in all kitchen operations.
