Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead the kitchen and run the pass in the Head Chef’s absence, ensuring service is flawless and fast.
• Deliver consistent, high-quality Italian dishes across dine-in and delivery channels.
• Oversee stock, labour, prep, and cost control to meet KPIs.
• Coach and develop junior chefs to build confidence and team spirit.
• Maintain a safe, clean kitchen and ensure compliance with food safety standards.
