Job summary

Nando’s Group in Colchester is seeking an Assistant General Manager to help translate the restaurant’s business strategy into successful daily operations. You will work with the Patrão to lead Nandocas, deliver strong results, and uphold safety and compliance standards while creating an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant management team alongside your Patrão, delivering great results, ensuring compliance and safety standards, and inspiring your Nandocas
• Drive performance and customer experience across Eat-in, Collect and Delivery to meet Nando's standards
• Balance budgets, forecasting and labour to protect profitability and growth
• Recruit, develop and mentor talent to build a high-performing team
• Partner with the GM to implement business strategies and drive sustained results
